MOSCOT accepts returns of unworn, non-prescription eyewear within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all original packaging, including the case and cleaning cloth, are included in your return shipment.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Package Your Frames
Carefully place the eyewear and all original accessories into the MOSCOT box, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and allow 7-10 business days for our NYC lab to process your return and issue a credit.
